What is the check-in and check-out time at the hotel?
The official check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is midday.

Is it possible to check-in before 1 pm or check-out after midday without paying for additional day?
If there is an opportunity, we will provide it. Please, clarify the issue with the hotel administrator the day before your arrival at +7 (812) 272-13-22 or via e-mail.

We are arriving before 1 pm. Is it possible to leave the luggage at the hotel before the check-in?
If you come to the hotel before the official check-in time, you can leave the luggage in the luggage room. This service is free of charge.

We are leaving after midday. Is it possible to leave the luggage at the hotel after the check-out?
Yes, if you are leaving St Petersburg in the evening, you may leave your luggage in the luggage room for free.

Is the reservation pre-paid?
To guarantee your stay in the hotel, you will have to pre-pay your first day at the hotel.

How can I pre-pay the reservation?
There are three main variants. We can:

• send you the bank details of the hotel and you can make a money transfer in any bank branch of any bank;
• send you an authorization form for credit card pre-payment;
• issue an invoice for legal entity.

If these variants do not satisfy you, please write or call us (telephone +7 (812) 272-13-22), we will try to come up with another variant.

Does “Vesta” Hotel have its own parking lot?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking lot, but there is a secured fee-paying parking lot within two-minute walk.

Does “Vesta” Hotel have hot running water during the summer period?
Yes, we have hot running water all year round as there is a water heater in each room.

How many rooms and floors are there in the hotel?
The hotel owns a part of residential property with separate entrance. The hotel features 16 rooms situated on 4 floors. See also the pictures of “Vesta” Hotel.

Is there a lift in the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not have a lift yet, but we are doing our best to have it when you come next time. :)

Where do the hotel windows open on?
The hotel is located in a quiet cosy courtyard; all the windows face children playground. Geographically they face east.

Is the hotel far from the city centre?
It is actually in the city centre. Hotel is located in the main street of the city, in its very heart. It allows getting to any object of the historical centre in 20-30 minutes. See also the location of “Vesta” Hotel on the map.

Is it far from Moskovsky Railway Station?
The hotel is located within five-minute walk from Moskovsky Railway Station. See also location of “Vesta” Hotel on the map (Moskovsky Railway Station is situated on Vosstaniya Square which can be seen at the right on the upper map).

Do all the rooms have water closets?
Each room in our hotel has a water closet.

What else is there in the rooms?
All the rooms have a TV set, a fridge, an air conditioner, a telephone, a hair dryer. See information about rooms for more details.

Is it allowed to smoke in the rooms?
It is not allowed to smoke in the room, but there is a specially equipped smoking place near the stairs.
