   the hotel rooms are spacious enough and well decorated; all rooms are provided with a telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator. Each room has a bathroom unit. Cabinet furniture (wardrobes, tables, bedside tables) has been designed and made to order taking into account the specifics of each room. Beds are fitted with comfortable orthopaedic mattresses. Some double rooms can accommodate an extra bed for a third person (from 750 RUB).
    
3. Apartments
   
   are essentially spacious double rooms equipped with a kitchen. We know from experience that many guests will be surfeited with restaurant menu approximately in a week stay at the hotel and want plain home-cooked meals. We recommend these rooms to long-stay guests and, by the way, at a significant discounts for a long-term accommodation (up to 39%, see the price list).
    
4. Salubrious climate:
   
   air-conditioning and ventilation flow maintain comfort conditions for our guests whatever the weather outside. Hot water is available all year round. Heating is regulated by the management of the hotel depending on actual need, not on a calendar basis.
